About The New England Palate
There are places that call to you long before you ever arrive. For Jerry and Trish Adams, Maine was one of them.
The New England Palate is more than a Maine-based blog—it is an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to breathe in the salt air, and to experience a place where rugged coastline meets quiet charm, and where every turn offers something worth remembering.
After nearly three decades in New York, Jerry and Trish made the move to southern Maine—a return home in more ways than one. Jerry, a native Mainer, carried the landscape with him wherever he went. Trish, originally from Texas, had long felt an unshakable pull toward Maine, a place she had always considered home in her heart. Together, they stepped into a dream years in the making.
Now, they spend their days exploring the region’s scenic beauty—from windswept shores to hidden coastal gems—capturing the essence of Maine as it unfolds in real time. But their story doesn’t end with the view. It continues at the table.
Food is at the center of their journey. It’s where culture, comfort, and creativity meet—and where Jerry and Trish feel most at home. Through their growing YouTube presence, they share not only their travels, but also their love of cooking, inviting viewers into a more personal, flavorful side of Maine life.
And this is just the beginning. A cooking series is on the horizon—one that promises to bring the same warmth, authenticity, and sense of place that defines everything they create.
The New England Palate isn’t simply about visiting Maine. It’s about experiencing it—fully, deeply, and with intention.
